Wow I never thought I would meet such a wonderful Person that is Des O Connor. He was Performing at the Barrington Theatre the night I was stage managing, and he is such a lovely person, so down to earth. The whole evening was so relaxed everyone had a great time!

I laughed all night with his jokes and amazing Inspiring Stories. He said it didn’t feel like a show but more like a party. It was more a night in with Des O Connor than a show. He Did sing a couple of songs with his band, along side video clips and funny memories about who hes meet & interviewed over the years.

He said he wants to come back to do a Christmas show …I really hope he does!

He Made time for all this fans as he was leaving with photos & signing Books. Nothing was too much trouble. He turned round said goodbye to me and gave me a hug an a kiss on the cheek.

Des is definitely the most wonderful Celebrity I have ever met and I really hope he comes back to the theatre soon!
